Villa Z is located in Canggu, Badung, Bali, and sits on a 125 m² plot. The villa features a modern architectural design concept with a distinctly bold industrial look. The building’s form follows its function, ensuring practicality and aesthetic appeal.
The villa is designed to be surrounded by gardens, enhancing both its visual appeal and ensuring optimal natural lighting and ventilation for the bedroom and bathroom areas. The integration of gardens also creates a serene atmosphere, blending nature seamlessly with modern living spaces.
The construction of the villa utilizes both fabricated and natural materials to achieve a balance between durability and beauty. The floors feature terrazzo finishing, which offers a harmonious blend of classic and modern aesthetics, with customizable motifs to suit individual preferences. The walls are finished with a cement wash, imparting an industrial and unfinished look that complements the villa’s overall design theme.
The ceiling material is a fabricated white finish, creating an impression of spaciousness within the rooms. The contrast between the bright ceilings and the darker tones of the walls and floors adds depth and dimension to the interior spaces.
The exterior area of the villa is dominated by natural materials, particularly on the terrace and around the pool, contributing to an overall natural feel. This careful selection of materials ensures that Villa Z provides a harmonious blend of industrial design and natural elements, offering a unique and inviting living experience.
Villa Z is not only a comfortable living space but also an architectural masterpiece that seamlessly blends modern industrial aesthetics with the tranquility of natural surroundings, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a unique and sophisticated environment.
